  Quoted 8 hr build time and $1800 for oil pump replacement on an 2002 chevy suburban. it being in the front of the engine just under water pump makes it hard to grasps just how this is an 8 hr project..the part is only $115..so what exactly would I be paying for other than your mortage?
  Not sure what you're smoking but it only takes 2 hrs max and no more than $600..maybe this is why you have a negative 1 review..It's places like yours that make people hate mechanics..You're ripping people off.
