  One word " Results" after trying different places and programs I can saw that I have found one that works on all levels, because there is no class time it fits in to any schedule, the work out is 30 minutes and great atmosphere and support from Rodger and Brandie! I have lost 30lbs to date and have had a lot of fun along the way!
