  First time coming here and came because of what we have heard from family and friends. We take our kids health very very seriously and we don't just take them anywhere. Yes I read all the reviews and I also know that you can't make everyone happy and some days people have an off day.
  When we arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and answered our questions. The facility is very clean but it is new as well. We had maybe two others in front of us and we went on a weekend which means they only have one doctor. Our wait time was very quick at about 20 mins. We were taking our two year old for croup.
  When we were called the nurse that handled triage is also the nurse that takes you to your room. Her name is Andrea. She only works there on weekends and is from Lexington, SC where we had just moved from a couple years ago. She took the time to let our daughter touch and hold the tools and let her stand on the scale as much as she wanted. Reason being our daughter always cries when she sees a doctor. Well we did not have one tear from her. After we were done and walking to the room she let her play with a pair of gloves and sit in the doctors chair. She was an absolute sweetheart and cared about our daughter. Next when it was time for the doctor to come in, Zaundra Jones, I had told her how our daughter was with doctors and again, the doctor let her hold the stethoscope and let her listen to her as well. Our daughter did everything the doctor asked without a tear or being upset. These doctors and nurses had complete compassion for our baby girl and we highly recommend them. Thank you Andrea and Dr Jones for your compassion and time you took with our daughter. Very thankful.

  Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Dr Z. Jones she is great.
