  Bought a new BMW 750Li in May 2017 . The passenger seat had two spots where the metal springs were stating to show in the corners of the leather. I let it go for a few weeks but it started getting worse to the point where I though it might poke through the leather and scratch my passengers. I took it in to get repaired under the warranty and they replaced the top of the seat. The problem is that the service manage told me that if this happens again that I would have to pay for it and warranty would not cover it. The car has 2500 miles on it and I don't think the passenger seat was used more than 3 times for more then 1 hour. I never put any object besides papers and my phone on it and the only people that sat in it weighed less than 220 lbs.
