  I toured here a couple of times, different times of the day, and this had to be the worst facility I've seen in our area. As soon as I walked in, it smelt horrible. Like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we begun our tour and the lady from the front desk was walking me through, there was a teacher sipping on her Starbucks coffee, while playing on her phone, paying NO attention to the children she was supposed to be watching. To make matters worse, she was in a small children's class (1-2). She didn't get off her phone the entire time I was there. How are you supposed to be teaching and watching children on your phone? The facility was disorganized and extremely loud, I couldn't hear the lady from the front desk half the time because the kids were being so loud slamming toys, screaming, running around, fighting. I physically witnessed a child being rough with another child and the "teacher" on duty was also sitting in a chair in the front of the room, on her phone. I never saw her get up once. The class my daughter was going to be in seemed nice enough, but what really through me off was that there was little to no security. They have an old entry pad that requires a pin to get in and that was it. No cameras. And before touring this facility, I had heard of multiple injury stories from the parents that had children in the daycare. There were several incidents where their children would come home with bite marks and the teachers couldn't tell them what happened, they would come home with cuts or bruises with no explanations, and the common occurrences seems to be the teacher not knowing what happened and the parents are left with a hurt child and no solution. I would never send my child here or recommend anyone to go here. This place is the SAME price as the incredible preschool my daughter is currently in and the differences are ASTONISHING.
