  Thank you Gloria! I experienced an amazing, unsolicited, above and beyond act of customer service. It was so refreshing, as I rarely find this kind of good old fashioned customer service anymore.
  I called the front desk to ask about local options to order an anniversary treat for my parents who were staying there. I spoke with Gloria. She was so kind and helpful - She not only shared close by options, but even offered to have my order picked up and hand delivered to my parents. Gloria took the time to explore further and wanted to learn more of what my parents like. From there she arranged to have the perfect combo delivered to them suitable for a weekend stay at no extra charge.
  Wow! Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I know my parents will be so pleasantly surprised.
