  So I've been here a few times on a few different weekdays so I feel like I have enough varied experience now to be impartial. There are a few issues I have with this place but for the most part, it's passable.
  
  First screening day takes forever. To make this easier, go early, and don't go on a Saturday. My husband and I arrived at 1pm on a Saturday (their busiest day) and it took until 7pm when we finally left the facility, post screening and subsequent donation.
  
  The staff are much friendlier the earlier you go. I feel for them, for sure - I've been told they work on salary, and the doors don't get locked early for closing time. Meaning they close at 6, the doors are unlocked until 6 and people won't be turned away. So someone coming in the door at 5:55 still needs to go through the whole mini-screen (electronic questionnaire, finger jab and blood pressure) and be set up to a machine and their donation run through to completion (about an hour long process) before staff are allowed to leave. It's a gross misuse of the staff so I absolutely cannot blame them for being a little cranky or tired.
  
  Facilities are very clean and the phlebotomists know what they're doing. My first donation infiltrated badly (I don't have easy veins) but the nurse on hand addressed it well.
  
  Once my 5 donations @ $50 are done, I won't be returning. This isn't anything against the facility itself, but it's not worth my time to go for $20. If you go twice in the same week, the second donation is $40, but I can't guarantee I'd make the time for two days and I think that's a bit exploitative instead of just paying what the plasma is worth consistently.
