  Terrible service - sends what isn't ordered, only half fills ordered supplies. Had to drive there (long way) once, rather than them mailing CPAP supplies. I'd NEVER recommend them to anyone!

  My doctor sent in an order for a wheelchair and I called today to verify the order was there. The lady who answered the phone was super nasty. She was very hateful talking about insurance , medical notes, and everything else that had to be done prior to getting wheelchair. And then she informed me that she didn't even have the order for the wheelchair. I called my doctor back to verify he sent in the order, and he did. He faxed the order in last night. This lady was so rude, Condon sending and unprofessional I would not recommend anybody going here.
