  The grooming salon is a wreck. I was shocked to see the area such a mess first thing in the morning. The bather (Ashley) obviously doesn't like her job. Because I was a few minutes late for the first bath of the day, and because another customer brought in two dogs instead of the one they were going to bring in, she told me I lost my appointment. Nasty, disrespectful.Told me that she worked until 9 the night before and was still able to get there on time. Finally told me she would take my dog but couldn't guarantee that I would be happy with the results. Unbelievable poor customer service. Shocking actually! Better to find another groomer rather than be spoken to with such disregard and contempt.
