  I called regarding if there were any beach umbrellas with or without SPF in them available in the store. The app and website said to call for availability. On my first call a woman answered and I was put on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. The same lady answered the phone. She mumbled "oh sorry" or something in a snarky tone. I was then on hold for 10 minutes again. I hung up and called back. This time I heard the phone get picked up and then I was hung up on. This is so rude and unacceptable.
