  This was one of the worse yoga classes I have taken. I took this yoga class to help me go within, go quiet and let go after a long day . But this class made me feel like I was at a club, where the music playing was about shaking your ASS, and getting on the dance floor ....completely distracting me from my breath and yoga practice the WHOLE time. I considered walking out near the beginning of the class but didn't have the nerve to draw attention to me. This was Not real yoga, nothing in it was to help nurture a calm and meditative mind... just Asanas to help boost your Ego.
