  I was given tests that I didn't need. Then they misfilled my insurance. I tried three times even doing a three way call with them and the insurance to settle the matter. I was told it was fixed. Then two years later they put me to collections ......but somehow no one ever notified me!!! Why??? because they had me mixed me up with another person. Now they have put this on my credit report as a non payment. They will not fix what they messed up. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Especially when you were told it was fixed.
