  "We don't have hot fudge anymore just syrup"
  Well then you need to take it off the damn menu and warn the customer before they pay. I asked for a hot fudge sundae and I got nasty little drops of cold chocolate syrup but they charged me for the extra topping! I literally went outside the store and chucked it in the trash! Idiots!
