  We have stayed at the Ocean Reef for over 10 yrs. last yr we didn't make it down. We had 2 different Jason's working in front of the hotel every year we've been here and they were great. This year however, is the exception. The lifeguard/beach rental guy watches while anyone and everyone sits and occupys umbrellas and chairs. Large families take over empty chairs and umbrellas. They are rowdy and play loud music. Why should I pay when others don't. Today 2 lifeguards literally were watching a huge group just take over 3 umbrellas and did nothing!!!!!!
