  After checking a couple other local installers for estimates on replacing an old and failing HVAC system in our home, we called O'Neil and Bagwell. Out of the people to come out, they were the only ones to actually take measurements of the home space, and do a proper load calculation. The competition seemed to be fine with pretty much taking a guess. The competition also had been recommending units that were slightly larger than our current system and ranging in price from 7k to 12k installed.
  
  O'Neil & Bagwell's consultation indicated that the same size unit we had now was correct for our home and in addition the ventilation equipment that went along with units larger than what we currently had would not be able to fit into our attic space. Also they determined that because of the space limitation in the attic, the air intake vent was undersized to fit when they built the house making the system already inefficient.
  
  O'Neil & Bagwell installed a more efficient unit the same size as our old one and added an additional intake to correct for the lack of airflow. New units inside and out. 10 year manufac. warranty. And the cost was almost 2k less than what the other guys were going to charge to try and slam in an oversized unit we didn't even need.
