  If I could give them less stars than 1 I would!!! Please read I came home from thanksgiving vacation with my 9 month old. Nothing was on in the house not even the heat. I turned it on when I walked in the house less than an hour later all my power was out! Its 62 in the house at this time so I panic. Call the electric. They told me 2 check the breaker box. Which by the way I already had somebody do. So then I decided to have them check again because Santee Cooper told me they were going to charge me a fee to come out if it's just a switch. So I proceed 2 check the meter box which is what I was told would have the main breaker on it. I looked and looked nothing. So they sent someone out. Now it took 3 hours btw and the guy was completely rude 2 me the whole time on the phone and hung up on me. Really! They come out check the meter box there is no switch on the meter box which is why I was told I would be charged a fee if there was a switch on the meter box. When he came out there was not a switch on the meter box it was by the breaker at the bottom separate from all the other Breakers. Now they're trying to charge me $100 because there was a switch on the box even though I was told it would be by the meter box!
